Acupuncture is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses needles placed along specific points in the body to treat a variety of issues.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork uses continuous, focused and intentional breathing patterns to heal, release and transform. It heals the nervous system by moving out of a sympathetic state (fight, flight, freeze) and into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). These changes can be seen on a cellular level.
It is an incredibly useful tool to move unresolved trauma. By listening to our bodies, and creating the safe space within ourselves, it allows processing and releasing of held traumatic patterns. It also allows for reduced stress & anxiety, heightened emotional connection and altered emotional responses, mental clarity, and release of toxins. Through a revitalization of organs, it can reduce chronic internal symptoms such as poor digestion, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue.
Our breathwork facilitator includes also Reiki application in sessions when appropriate. Brenna offers one on one, or couples appointments, as well as in-person breathwork classes.
